Returns & Refunds:
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, If for any reason you want to return it, we are here to make the process as simple and easy as possible!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn and in new condition and in their original box or packaging. When trying on footwear, please try the shoes on on a clean floor to avoid damage, dirt, and wear and tare so that your shoes are still eligible for a refund. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or your original packing slip. We are not able to issue a refund if you do not have a receipt or packing slip. How To Return Your Purchase:
Option 1: In-Store
All purchases including website orders can be returned to any of our 3 store locations. See our store addresses and hours here.
Option 2: Return by mail.
To receive a refund please ensure your item(s) arrive safely to our return shipping address. Package the items being returned in a shipping box or bag that will protect the item and the original packaging from damage. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt, or the original packing slip, or a note containing your order number and contact information. For shoe returns, the shoe box must be placed into shipping box. If postage is placed directly onto the shoe box, the shoe will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges may be made in person at any of our three locations. For online orders, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked "Final Sale" or on Gift Cards. If an item is marked Final Sale it will be clearly indicated online or in-store with a sticker.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
