Return Policy:

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase, or in the case on online purchases, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in new condition and in their original box or packaging. When trying on footwear, please try the shoes on on a clean floor to avoid damage, dirt, and wear and tare so that your shoes are still eligible for a refund. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or your original packing slip. We are not able to issue a refund if you do not have a receipt or packing slip. How To Return Your Purchase: 

Option 1: In-Store

All purchases including website orders can be returned to any of our 3 store locations. See our store addresses and hours here

Option 2: Return by mail. 

To receive a refund please ensure your item(s) arrive safely to our return shipping address. Package the items being returned in a shipping box or bag that will protect the item and the original packaging from damage. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt, or the original packing slip, or a note containing your order number and contact information. For shoe returns, the shoe box must be placed into shipping box. If postage is placed directly onto the shoe box, the shoe will not be eligible for a refund.
